Career Beginnings – Bodybuilding and Acting
It was the summer of 1976 when I saw my first bodybuilding magazine. The cover had a picture of two men, one in the foreground and one in the background, with their muscles flexed and veins popping out. I was mesmerized. I picked up the magazine and read about these “musclemen” who were so strong they could lift cars or break boards with their bare hands. I immediately became hooked on bodybuilding, but it wasn't until four years later that I started training to compete.
